　　3.睡眠. 据专家统计，全国三分之二的中小学生睡眠时间不达标。 23.5%的中小学生晚上难入睡。调查显示，小学生中每天睡足10小时及以上的为33.4%，初中生每天能睡足9个小时及以上的`共有22.9%。教育部对中小生睡眠时间曾经有明确的规定：小学生的睡眠时间应该要超过9个小时，初中生应该达到9个小时，高中生的睡眠时间要达到8个小时，按照这样的规定，我国约有2/3的小学生和3/4的初中生睡眠时间严重不足。因此，我要晚上8：00入睡，早上6:00起床。
